REMINDER District, Regional and State Track Directors - For the sake of clarification, the following will be the standards for dealing with hair issues at the regional and state level. Soft hair bands, sweat bands and rubber bands will be allowed. Anything hard or containing hard components, sharp objects or any articles of ribbon (adornment) will not be allowed.
