Evaluation Form
Please check the clinic schedule for
any changes prior to clinic date
Please remember that all coaches need to
attend a rules clinic every year in the sports of baseball, boys and girls basketball,
cheer, field hockey, football, gymnastics, boys and girls soccer, softball, boys and girls
swim and dive, boys and girls track and field, boys and girls volleyball, wrestling,
debate, forensics and theatre. Coaches who do not meet this requirement, will be
expected to take a rules exam and will be fined $50 every year they don’t
attend. Please be sure that your coaches are aware of this requirement.
